<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temp.<br />
1 8oz. pkg. crab meat (imitation works great for this)<br />
1 cup mayo<br />
1/3 cup finely chopped onion<br />
1 13-14 oz. can articoke hearts, drained &amp; chopped<br />
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<p>Preheat oven to 375f<br />
In a bowl, mix room temp. cream cheese and mayo until smooth<br />
Stir in remaining ingredients and place in glass pie plate.<br />
Bake uncovered for 15-18min. or until lightly browned on top.<br />
Serve with crackers.<br />
Warning: people have been known to eat it with nothing but a fork, so keep an eye on it&#8230;</p>

<p>Pour garbanzo beans and half of the liquid into blender. Place lemon juice, tahini, chopped garlic and salt in blender. Blend until creamy and well mixed. Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl. Sprinkle with pepper and pour olive oil over the top. Excellent with pita bread and beer.</p>
