Flanken style ribs
Wash and dry your ribs to remove bone fragments.
Place them in a foil lined pan.
Rub well with your favorite rub. I used Rowdy rub this time.
Add 8ozs. of beer.
Cover and seal with more foil.
Place in oven preheated to 275f and cook for at least 2 1/2 hrs.
Remove from oven and turn heat up to 475f.
Remove top layer of foil, brush with sauce if desired and return to hot oven for 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
Remove from the oven, replace top layer of foil and let rest for 1/2hr.
