{"id":12,"date":"2004-02-26T13:03:05","date_gmt":"2004-02-26T20:03:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spice-guy.com\/kitchen\/?p=12"},"modified":"2007-08-09T09:54:19","modified_gmt":"2007-08-09T17:54:19","slug":"beer-marinade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spice-guy.com\/kitchen\/beer-marinade\/","title":{"rendered":"Beer Marinade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp dijon mustard<br \/>\n1 tsp worchestershire sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp tabasco<br \/>\n1 shallot, diced<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, chopped<br \/>\n1 tsp cracked black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp ground coriander<br \/>\n1 tsp ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp dried crushed jalapeno or chipotle<br \/>\n1 tsp dried oregano<br \/>\n1 tsp brown sugar<br \/>\n1 12oz bottle of beer<\/p>\n<p>1. place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil<br \/>\n2. allow to cool, pour over meat and allow to sit over night,if<br \/>\npossible.<br \/>\n3. While the meat is roasting, strain the marinade, and in a saucepan,<br \/>\nbring it to a boil and reduce slightly.
