Heat to 375 degrees.<br \/>\nCut fillets into serving size pieces and brush with lime<br \/>\njuice. In a bowl mix flour, salt and pepper. Gradually<br \/>\nadd the beer, beating until the batter is smooth. Put the<br \/>\nextra flour on a plate. Coat each piece of fish with<br \/>\nflour and dip it into the batter, coating well. Fry for<br \/>\nseven or eight minutes, turning once. Drain on paper<br \/>\ntowels. Serve very hot with french fries, cole slaw, and<br \/>\nlemon wedges.
