Toss it in the jar with the garlic.<\/p>\n<p>When the honey comes to the boil carefully pour it into the jar.<\/p>\n<p>Put the lid on it and leave for at least a few hours.<\/p>\n<p>After it cools, strain it and add 1\/3 of a cup of soy<br \/>\nsauce. \u00a0Shake to mix.<\/p>\n<p>Use as a mopping sauce on any cut of pork, chicken,beef ribs. Also delectable as a dipping sauce.
