It&#8217;s simple&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vegetable oil<br \/>\n1\/2 onion, diced<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, minced<br \/>\n3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n3 tablespoons vinegar<br \/>\n2 tablespoons molasses or for a lighter flavor try honey<br \/>\n1 teaspoon prepared mustard<br \/>\n1 cup ketchup<br \/>\n1\/2 cup cold water<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cornstarch<br \/>\nA few shakes of liquid smoke(optional)<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<br \/>\nHeat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and saute the onion until tender and golden brown. Stir in garlic. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, molasses, liguid smoke and mustard. Cook and stir 5 minutes, then mix in ketchup, cold water, and cornstarch.
