Add enough cornflake crumbs to bind mixture.<br \/>\nShape fish into cakes. roll each cake in remaining cornflake crumbs<br \/>\nto coat outside. Melt butter in large fry pan. Add fish cakes and<br \/>\ncook until crisp and browned on both sides.
